Carbonate sedimentary rock of marine origin, formed by a large quantity of organic fossil remains in a micritic calcite matrix with incipient recrystallization. The Organic fossil fragments are composed of a microcrystalline calcite of the micritic type (grain size less than 5 microns), calcite of the matrix to a large extent also micritic, observing recrystallization where the Calcite reaches sizes between 0'0150 and 0'0625 mm.
